Mr. Emrys Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if, in view of the fact that the present North Atlantic Treaty Organisation policy is likely to result in Germany becoming involved in a nuclear war, he will propose at the forthcoming North Atlantic Treaty Organisation conference that Germany shall cease to be associated with the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation and become a neutral country like Austria.
