Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Minister of Education if he is aware that the Government's block grants proposals are detrimental to present educational standards and will restrict the education service where expansion is necessary; and if he will take steps to ensure that as regards education the present system be left unchanged in forthcoming legislation.
