§ 83. Mr. Malcolm MacPhersonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies to what extent the Governments of Trust Territories in Africa are taking steps to provide training facilities for potential African foremen and supervisors in industry, as recommended by the Inter- African Labour Conference recently held in Lusaka.
