§ 96. Sir A. Harveyasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if, on an appeal made to him under Section 268 of the Public Health Act, 1875, he is prepared to arrange for further inspection to be made of Thornton Avenue, Macclesfield, following the recent development charge made against Mr. C. Fairhurst, 67, Congleton Road, Macclesfield, referred to in correspondence with his Department, with particular reference to the Private Street Works Act, 1892, and with a view to reconsideration of the said charge.
