§ Mr. Tilneyasked the Under-Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations which Governments of former Colonial Territories, now emerged to independent status within the Commonwealth, and, with which Her Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom have relevant agreements, have not yet increased Civil Service pensions on bases comparable with, or more favourable than, the provisions of the United Kingdom Pensions (Increase) Act, 1956; and if he will give details of differences in each case.

Her Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom have entered into no agreements with the Governments38W to which he refers which contain provisions for specific pensions increases similar to the provisions of the Pensions (Increase) Act, 1956.
