§ Sir A. Bossomasked the Minister of Defence if he will give consideration to publishing a list of buildings or land, belonging to any of the three Services, which will become redundant owing to the reductions in the Armed Forces, giving ample notice, so that public authorities and responsible institutions or associations will have the opportunity of acquiring them before they are otherwise disposed of.
§ Mr. SandysThe Service Departments will inform the local planning authorities of all land and property which is no longer needed for Government purposes. There will also be adequate advertisement and notice of surplus property to be sold on the open market.
