Harveyasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will intervene to defer the erection of a petrol station and subsequent road development recently commenced in Blue Bell Lane, Tytherington, Macclesfield, until local residents opposed to the plan have had time to organise a petition and be heard, following an initial appeal to the Minister.
§ Mr. H. BrookeI understand that planning permission for the petrol station has already been given by the Macclesfield Borough Council. I can see no ground on which I could intervene.
