Mallalieuasked the Under-Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations whether, now that the time has expired during which United States interests had a first refusal to negotiate for the implementation of the Volta project, Her Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom have yet decided the proportion of the financial burden involved which they propose to undertake.
