§ Mr. GodberNo one method would necessarily be appropriate for all conditions in which grain has to be tested for moisture. My right hon. Friend understands that the moisture testers already available give reasonably satisfactory results if properly used and that there is progressive improvement in the design and performance of such apparatus.
