§ 60. Mr. Stonehouseasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies why Mr. Matthew R. Mwendapole of Northern Rhodesia was refused a passport to join the delegation visiting North and South America on behalf of democratic socialist youth organisations in Western Europa, and Africa.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydI am informed by the Governor that Mr. Mwendapole has, in fact, made no application for a passport.
