§ Mr. R. A. ButlerThe Crown Estate Paving Commissioners are the Statutory Authority responsible for the upkeep of the Carlton House Terrace Gardens. By Statute, the Gardens are maintained for the use and enjoyment of the residents in the adjoining Crown property.
