§ Mr. Allaunasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will request His Excellency the Governor of Jamaica to re-examine the facts and circumstances surrounding the refusal of a passport to Miss Alys Kong, a typist of Kingston, on the grounds of security, in view of the fact that an error of judgment was made in a similar case, that of Miss Mavis Evans, a dressmaker of the parish of Hanover, who has now been issued with a passport though repeatedly refused one for more than a year.
