§ Mr. W. Wellsasked the Attorney-General whether he will consider proposing legislation to amend the Married Women's Property Act, 1882, in the light of Mr. Justice Wynn Parry's observations in the case of Camkin's Questions.
§ The Attorney-GeneralLegislation is not necessary for this purpose. The improvements in procedure suggested by Mr. Justice Wynn Parry are at present under consideration by my noble Friend the Lord Chancellor.
