§ Mr. GodberThe United Kingdom is an active member of the Food and Agriculture Organisation, the International Epizootics Office and the European Commission on Foot and Mouth Disease, and has co-operated fully in their work. With62W regard to plant inspection I understand that the Council of the European and Mediterranean Plant Protection Organisation, of which we are also members, will be considering these matters at its meeting this month.
