EARL ST. ALDWYNThe Returning Officer appointed to conduct the initial poll on the British Egg Marketing Scheme has reported that the result is that a sufficient majority of producers have voted in favour of that Scheme for it to remain in force. A total of 210,897 registered producers cast valid votes: 198,589, or 94.2 per cent. of these, voted in favour of the Scheme, representing 93.7 per cent. of the productive capacity of those voting.
