Mr. Lewis

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will ensure that in the Government's forthcoming legislation dealing with gaming, betting and lotteries a fair and adequate betting tax on all types of gambling shall be imposed, that such betting tax will he equally applied on horse-racing, greyhound-racing, football pools, and that a tax shall be made on the off-course bookmakers at least equal to those on the track.
