§ Mr. Remnantasked the Secretary of State for War why the Army contract for tea confines purchases to the product of India and Ceylon, thus excluding East Africa and Pakistan.
§ Mr. HeadWe stipulate that tea shall consist of "a blend of teas of the Indian/ Ceylon types" in order to exclude China and other types of tea which are not required. We do not exclude the products of the countries mentioned or any others.
