§ 75. Mr. de Freitasasked the Secretary of State for Air whether he is aware that the present procedure for inquiries into aircraft accidents gives the impression to the general public that the Service has something to hide ; and whether, in the interests of the Service and of the public, he will consider reviewing the procedure 155W to allow for inquiries to be public, except when matters of security are involved.
