Dr. HillThe first step, taken in August, was the central collection and collation of necessary information as to the members of the staff called up, with particulars of their Forces pay, a process which took some time. Subsequently it was necessary to ask each individual member of the staff concerned to name the144W bursaries and scholarships, teachers' training colleges, institutions for higher education, day-release education, and school building, respectively.
