Mr. Bennasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what consultations took place between the three parties to the Tripartite Declaration about the supply of arms to Israel in the period 1st July to date; on what date these consultations occurred; what steps the French Government took to keep Her Majesty's Government fully informed; and what degree of consultation with the United States Government took place throughout this period.
