§ Mr. Ormsby-GoreIn view of the very recent arrival of elements of the United Nations Emergency Force in the Port Said area, it is unlikely that General Burns is now in a position to provide such an estimate. But authority has been given to our representative at the United Nations to support specific arrangements for making an impartial estimate.
