§ Mr. Knox Cunninghamasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation (1) if he will state the number of ships found upon inspection in British ports to have been overloaded during each of the past four years;
(2) if he will state the number of convictions for overloading a ship which have been recorded and the number of occasions upon which the maximum fine has been imposed, respectively, during each of the past four years in the United Kingdom.
