§ 92. Mr. Stokesasked the Minister of Supply how many P.1 aircraft have been ordered and when the order for the batch of 20, placed in October, 1956, will be delivered.
§ Mr. Ian HarveyA development batch of 20 aircraft was ordered in February, 1954. Delivery of these aircraft should begin within the next twelve months. Materials and jigs and tools for production aircraft were ordered in November, 1955. An initial production order has now been placed, but it would not be in the public interest to disclose its size.
