§ 102. Dr. D. Johnsonasked the Minister of Health what communications the Board of Control have received from Mr. John James, of Stonehouse Park, Little Aston, Sutton Coldfield; and whether they can now supply him with the copy of the certificate under which he was detained in Winson Green Hospital, Birmingham, and St. Andrew's Hospital, Northampton, to which he is entitled under Section 82 of the Lunacy Act.
§ Miss Hornsby-SmithA number of letters have been received. A copy of the justice's Order under which he was detained under the Act was sent to him on 26th January, 1955.
