HC Deb 21 November 1956 vol 560 c75W
1. Mr. Chapman

asked the Postmaster-General what improvements have now been made by way of increased staff and counter space at the Weoley Castle, Birmingham, sub-post office; and to what extent this has reduced waiting and complaints.

Dr. Hill

The counter extension which I promised the hon. Member on 11th July has been completed. I understand that there is no undue waiting at this office and we have received no complaints about the service there. It has not been necessary to provide any additional staff.
