Mr. Watkinsasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he has received a Report of the Panel 70W set up by the Council for Wales and Monmouthshire on the Mid-Wales Spas; and whether he will publish this as a White Paper as well as the conclusions of the Government on its recommendations.
§ Major Lloyd-GeorgeThis Report is included in the Council's Third Memorandum on its activities which will be published as a White Paper. The recommendations of the Panel are the concern of my right hon. Friend the Minister of Health, to whom I have already sent a copy.
