§ Mr. Dodds-ParkerFor several years there have been some German military and other advisers in Egypt. These men are free lances, who have no connection with the German Government. They have been mainly concerned with the technical training of the Egyptian armed forces.
There is no reason to doubt that in the Egyptian Propaganda Ministry there is a former employee of Dr. Goebbels, a Professor von Leers.
