Robinsonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he has now considered the revised constitutional proposals in the White Paper published by the Gold Coast Government; and to what extent there is now an opportunity of reaching an agreement between the parties in the Gold Coast.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe revised constitutional proposals published on 8th November are to be debated in the Legislative Assembly. Until that debate has taken place, I do not think that it would be right for me to comment.
