Member for Birmingham, Northfield (Mr. Chapman) on 20th February but "bacon" should be deleted in column 2 of the table and 193W "pulp and waste paper" in both columns. The item "newsprint, etc." should be amended to read "newsprint", paper manufactures and other stationery.
