§ Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make a statement on the number of persons in Aberdeen city and county, with their ages, suffering from spastic infirmities, the places where and the manner in which they are receiving therapeutic treatment and the number and kind of qualified physiotherapists and other expert persons who are engaged in this work there.
