§ Mr. Knox Cunninghamasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation the number of certificates of officers of the Merchant Service which have been, respectively, cancelled or suspended by his Department as a result of recommendations by courts of formal investigation held under the Merchant Shipping Act, 1894, during each of the past 10 years; and, in cases of suspension, the period of such suspension.
