§ 71. Mr. K. Robinsonasked the Postmaster-General if his attention has been called to breaches of Section 3 (a) and (f) of the Television Act, 1954, which occurred during a programme entitled "This Week ", dealing in part with Cypriots in London, broadcast on Independent Television on I 1 th May at 9.30 p.m.; and what action he proposes to take to prevent similar breaches in the future.
Dr. HillI do not share the view of the hon. Member that this programme was in breach of Section 3 of the Television Act.
