§ Mr. Osborneasked the Postmaster-General whether he is now able to say where the central organisation to handle the proposed Premium Bonds will be set up.
Dr. HillIt is proposed that the central organisation should be set up at Lytham St. Annes where suitable Government premises already exist and the necessary staff should readily be obtainable.
