§ Mr. BevinsIn 1952 it was stated that the planning of the Science Centre had had to be deferred, and I regret to say that that position is still unchanged. Plans for a new Patent Office and Scientific Reference Library on the South Bank are, however, under discussion between the Departments concerned.
