Mr. Jannerasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation whether his attention has been drawn to schemes for the rapid construction of new motorways in Italy at capital expenditure considerably exceeding that contemplated in this country; and whether he will seek information about the methods of financing such work, with a view to their application to schemes of road development in this country.
