§ Sir D. EcclesThe National Advisory Council on Education for Industry and Commerce has reported on sandwich training and education. Its Report is published as Appendix B to the White Paper on Technical Education (Cmd. 9703. If the hon. Gentleman has in mind the National Council for Technological Awards, I would refer him to the Answer I gave to the hon. Member for Edmonton (Mr. Albu) on 1st May.
