§ 76. Mr. Hurdasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food the reasons for the delay in completing the pig progeny testing stations needed to improve the breeding standards; and if he will give an assurance that financial considerations will not be allowed to cause any further delay.
§ Mr. NugentProgress has been slower than had been hoped for various reasons, including the need to consult all sections of the industry about the siting and design of these stations. Financial considerations have not contributed to the delay and we have no reason to suppose that they will cause any delay in the future.
