§ Mr. de Freitasasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will have a study made of the constitution and operation of the Coal and Steel Community with a view to finding out what features would help in the establishment of a Middle East oil authority with a membership drawn from the oil-producing countries in that region as well as from the United Kingdom, the United States of America, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and other countries which are consumers of oil.
