§ 69. Mr. Haleasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he is now in a position to announce the promised economic reforms and social reforms for the benefit of the indigenous coloured inhabitants of Kenya Colony.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe plans of the Kenya Government for economic and social development in the interests of all the inhabitants of the territory were announced in a statement of policy made by the Council of Ministers on 5th July, 1954. These plans are being effectively implemented.
