Mr. Snowasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether in view of his responsibilities under Sections 12, 19, 21, 23, 59, 64, 85 and 87 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act, 1949, he will arrange to be represented at the public inquiry on the proposed nuclear power station at Bradwell-on-Sea to be held on 26th April.
