Mr. Bennasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will list the offences for which capital punishment is now the penalty in each of the Colonial Territories for which Her Majesty's Government exercises responsibility and the number of persons executed in each of these territories in each of the last four years for which figures are available.
