§ Mr. R. A. ButlerI have seen reports in the Press of one agreement between an American and a British company to build nuclear power plants abroad, not only in Commonwealth countries. It is reported that the American company will design and supply the nuclear reactors, and the British company the remainder of the plants. Neither the Government nor the Atomic Energy Authority has been asked to give any assistance in this matter.
