§ Mr. Greenasked the President of the Board of Trade whether Her Majesty's Government have yet signed the Agreement on the Organisation for Trade Co-operation.
§ Mr. P. ThorneycroftYes. The Agreement was signed yesterday on behalf of Her Majesty's Government. The three Protocols of Amendment to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade were signed in September, and we have now completed signature of all the instruments emerging from last year's Review of the General Agreement.
