§ 35. Mr. Beswickasked the Under-Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations what discussions he has had with member nations of the Commonwealth about the possibility of a joint project for the production of nuclear materials and energy, along the lines of Euratom.
§ Commander NobleCo-operation with Members of the Commonwealth in atomic matters is close and continuous and has we believe been of great benefit to all concerned. The wide dispersion of the Commonwealth, however, would preclude any scheme on the lines referred to by the hon. Member.
