§ Major Beamishasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether Her Majesty's Government will contribute towards the expenses of the Continuing Committee of Members of Parliament from North Atlantic Treaty Organisation countries.
§ Mr. Dodds-ParkerSubject to the approval of Parliament, Her Majesty's Government propose to make a grant-In-aid of £2,000 towards the expenses of the Continuing Committee for the period ending 30th June, 1957. This amount will be included in the Supplementary Estimate to be laid before Parliament in July. In anticipation of the Supplementary Estimate advances will be made from the Civil Contingencies Fund.
