§ Mr. Heathcoat AmoryReports of Commissioners appointed under the Agricultural Marketing Acts to hold public inquiries are made to Ministers and it has been the practice to treat them as confidential. My right hon. Friends the Secretary of State for the Home Department and the Secretary of State for Scotland, and I will, however, consider the question of publication of the Report of the public inquiry into objections to the egg marketing scheme after we have received it.
