§ Mr. Lennox-BoydAs my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister made clear in his reply to the right hon. Member for Ebbw Vale (Mr. Bevan) on 17th April, the Governor is taking active steps to restore law and order. This is essential to end the intimidation by which representatives of public opinion as a whole are at present prevented from coming forward. Substantial progress has been made.
