§ Mr. J. E. B. Hillasked the Prime Minister whether he has now considered the advisability of making one Minister responsible for co-ordinating the Government litter campaign.
§ The Prime MinisterI have arranged for my right hon. Friend the Minister of Housing and Local Government to assume this responsibility in respect of England and Wales. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland is already similarly responsible in respect of Scotland.
