§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe latest figures, in as much detail as is possible and showing the funds earmarked for special purposes, have just been published in paragraphs 522 and 523 of my latest Annual Report (Cmd. 9769). Reserves specifically earmarked for development are included under the heading of "special funds".
