§ Mr. WatkinsonConsulting engineers are revising the pre-war plans for the underpass at the intersection and have made good progress.
54W The remainder of the scheme, consisting of the construction of dual carriageways on the approaches to the underpass, will be arranged to fit in with the work at the intersection.
